PVDF is a transparent or translucent crystalline polymer with about 68% of crystalinity
59% of fluorine content and 0.25 Million-1 Million molecular weigth,it is the most
durable fluoro plastic,enjoying high impact strength,abrasion resistance,and creep
resistance.It has a ralatively high resistant to heat，and is nonflammable 。The working
temperature is from-40% to 150%.PVDF also has outstanding characteristic to withsantd
ageing,ozone,radiation,UV ligth and excellent dielectric properties,It can resist the
corrosion of acid,alkali,strong oxidizer and haloids under room temperature.
Applications
PVDF can be used in electrical and electronic industries for the manufacturing of
covertures,cable jacker,printed plate board,heat shrink tube,and capacitor media;
the valve,pume,pipe fittings,electrolysis diaphragmplate,filtering membranne,
packing ringmlining,corrosion-resisting coating in the industy of chemistry;gears
and bearings in the industry of machinery.
